Can I get a custom package? I might just want a website.

Absolutely. The packages above are what most trades businesses need, but we're not rigid about it. If you just want a website built, or SEO without social, or filming without the web side — we can price that separately. Book a call and tell us what you actually need. We'd rather build you the right thing than upsell you into something you don't want.

How long before I see results?

Content starts going out in week one. SEO typically takes 6–12 weeks to show movement depending on how competitive your area is. A brand new website usually starts generating enquiries within the first month. We'll be honest with you about timelines — we don't promise overnight miracles, but we do move faster than most.

I've tried marketing before and it didn't work. Why is this different?

Most agencies don't know trades and most trades-focused marketers don't know digital. Owen has spent 7 years in the industry — he understands your customers better than a generic marketing team ever could. And Jake has the track record online to back it up. We're not selling you a template. We're building around your specific business in your specific area.

How much of my time does this take?

On the Starter package, you'd spend maybe 20–30 minutes recording on your phone each week — we tell you exactly what to capture. On Growth and Dominate, we come to you and handle the filming so you barely need to think about it. The website, SEO, and social posting is entirely our job. You just carry on running your business.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

We ask for a 3-month initial term so we can actually deliver results — SEO especially needs time to work. After that it rolls monthly. We don't want to hold anyone in a contract that isn't working. In our experience, if we're doing our job, nobody wants to leave.

Will you work with my competitor?

We're selective. We won't knowingly take on a direct competitor in the same town doing the same work — it would undermine what we're building for both clients and we're not interested in that. If there's a potential clash, we'll tell you upfront before anything is agreed.

I'm not that technical — is this going to be complicated?

No. The whole point is that you don't have to be. We build everything, host everything, manage everything. You get a login to see how things are going and a monthly update from us in plain language. You focus on the jobs. We focus on making sure more of them come in.

What if I don't see results?

We'll tell you before you sign up if we think your expectations aren't realistic — we'd rather lose the sale than take money from someone we can't help. Once we start, every month we show you exactly what's moved: rankings, traffic, impressions, enquiries. If something isn't working, we tell you and we fix it — not hide behind a report. After the initial 3-month term, you're rolling monthly. If you're not happy, you cancel. We keep clients because the work performs, not because they're locked in.
